About Us

Hello and thanks for checking out the Caffeiniac 'About Us' page. Since you’re here, you likely want to know the people behind the business you’re buying from...I'm Jim Zielinski and it's nice to meet you. 

The idea for Caffeiniac began percolating about 15 years ago. At the time, I owned a fishing apparel line that featured illustrations of fish with attitude. My background as a graphic designer helped me develop a unique series of saltwater and freshwater fish designs for T-shirts, jackets, baseball caps, and more. Since then, my main focus is creative services including illustration, photography, graphic design; both print and web, and video editing. So as you can imagine, coffee has been a staple to keep me powering through demanding projects and tight deadlines.

Fast forward...I'm now combining my apparel experience, design history, and coffee addiction to brew Caffeiniac, an apparel line for edgy, life-loving, hardcore caffeine chasers. Welcome one and all!

I’ve met a lot of photographers, artists, programmers, musicians, corporate suites, and others who truly LOVE coffee. Regardless of where we're from or what we do, we unite to worship the bean. Indeed, Caffeiniac is for die-hard coffee drinkers who LIVE for a cup of Joe. So, consider this your invitation to join me and my amazing wife Lori as we feature the awesome, magic coffee bean in all-inspiring designs for people who dig bold, edgy, hardcore clothing ware.

As Lori and I pursue Caffeiniac, we also kicked off a dog-inspired apparel brand called “OMG You’re HOME!”, which focuses on the moment you come home to your excited pup. 

If you’re a dog lover, take a stroll through OMGyoureHOME.com and browse the clothing and home goods. These dog breed designs are also illustrated by yours truly. Being passionate about animal care, we're donating a portion of every OMG sale to the ASPCA to help stop and prevent animal abuse, as well as to greatergood.org to help feed shelter animals. Our rescued Vizsla-mix litter mates inspired my first dog design and now there are 10 breeds and more on the way.

So now you know I need caffeine to survive but wouldn't survive without dogs in my life. Since they go hand in hand, it just made sense to create apparel lines for both. I hope you enjoy the enthusiasm in each design and the backstory that's led to them.
